Privacy Policy

Oh My Radio (“the App”) is developed by HongKee Moon. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles your information.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. There are no user accounts, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using UserDefaults:

  • Your last played station (to resume playback)
  • Custom stations you add (name and stream URL)
  • Station customizations (hidden or edited stations)
  • Subscription status (cached for offline access)

This data never leaves your device except via Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework to sync settings to your paired Apple Watch.

Network Connections

The App connects to the following to stream radio:

  • Open, publicly available radio streams from broadcasters and stations around the world
  • Any custom stream URLs you add manually

These connections are for audio playback only. No personal data is transmitted.

In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Apple Watch functionality. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Website Analytics (kradio.nvis.io)

The Oh My Radio website (kradio.nvis.io) records anonymous aggregate counts of which station links are clicked on the catalogue page and which landing pages receive traffic. The data we collect is limited to:

  • Station name (as shown in the catalogue)
  • Page name (stations, stations:builder, or play)
  • UTC date

No personal identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, user agents, or session data are stored. The data is held on Cloudflare Workers D1 (SQLite) under our own account; no third-party analytics services are involved.

This applies to the website only. The iOS app itself collects nothing — see “Information We Do Not Collect” above.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
